Shipping policy

1. Shipping Quotes & Payment

Shipping is arranged upon request. Once you have contacted us and selected your items, we will provide a shipping quote based on rates from our trusted local service provider.
Shipping is charged at cost and will be clearly communicated prior to payment. Full payment for both the selected items and shipping must be made before dispatch.

2. Packaging & Labelling

We take care to securely pack all items and label shipments appropriately to ensure safe transit. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g. address, contact details).

3. Customer Responsibility for Returns

If a return is approved (in line with our Return Policy), the customer is responsible for shipping the item back securely and at their own expense.
If the returned item is damaged during transit, no refund or exchange will be issued. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring the item is appropriately packed and protected during the return process.

4. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable

Shipping charges (both initial and return) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under all circumstances, including change-of-mind or damage during return transit.
